Refund Policy

1. Overview
Solcore Labs provides digital AI services that are delivered instantly and executed directly on the user’s device (WebGPU).
In line with Paddle’s 14-day consumer refund policy, individual consumers are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Cancellation & Access After Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- If you cancel without requesting a refund, your paid access remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to enjoy all paid features for the remainder of the period.
- If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and the payment will be refunded in full.
3. Account Deletion
- Deleting your account will immediately cancel any active subscription.
- No refunds are provided for unused time after deletion, unless a refund is requested within the 14-day period.
- Before confirming deletion, users are clearly notified that this action cancels any paid subscription immediately.
4. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
Refunds may be granted only in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Demonstrable technical errors in billing.
To request review, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. All refund requests are handled via Paddle as our payment provider.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we will respond with relevant transaction details via Paddle. Repeated or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
