Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2025

Solcore Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://solcorelabs.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

1. Summary — Key Points

2. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

B. Payment information

We do not store payment card details. Paddle processes all payments and stores payment details according to its policies. We receive only the information necessary to manage your subscription (e.g., Paddle subscription ID, transaction metadata).

C. Images and content processed

We do not collect, upload, or store the images you process with the Service. Processing is local on your device. If you explicitly export or share an image using your browser, that action is performed by you and not by Solcore Labs.

3. How We Use Information

4. Cookies and Tracking

You may control cookies via your browser settings. We will provide opt-out mechanisms where feasible for analytics and advertising providers (see “Your Choices” below).

5. Third-Party Services & Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists or as necessary for business and legal needs (account management, fraud prevention, legal compliance). When you delete your account we will remove your account data from our primary systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business needs. Note: image data processed locally is not stored by us and therefore is not subject to retention.

7. Your Rights and Choices

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your account information. Examples: access controls, TLS encryption in transit, best-practice credential handling. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or other minimum age as required in jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Transfers

We use third-party providers that may process data in locations outside your country. Where applicable, we will comply with data transfer mechanisms required by law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version at https://solcorelabs.com and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice.
